City invites Strong Towns and the public to March 19th ‘Curbside Chat’

The City of Stuart is hosting Strong Towns in an effort to continue generating ideas to ensure for a stronger town.  Strong Towns advocates a new approach to town planning that accounts for the full cost of growth– one that is needed to make our towns strong again.  This approach ultimately requires a reorientation of emphasis and a renewed understanding of what it takes to build a town or neighborhood.  This meeting will be followed-up by a Q & A the following day, after the City of Stuart’s Coffee with the City Manager at 8am.

The event will take place at Flagler Place 201 SW Flagler Avenue, Stuart, on Wednesday, March 19th at 5:30pm.  The public is encouraged to attend. For more information, please visit www.cityofstuart.us.
